Our story
Serving students and hospitals since 2018
New Advance College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences (NACON) was established in 2018 on Maulana Shaukat Ali Road in Johar Town, Lahore, near Ihsan Mumtaz Hospital. From the first batch onward, the college has focused on one thing: preparing competent, compassionate nurses, midwives and allied health professionals for Pakistan’s healthcare system.
Pakistan needs many more trained nurses than its hospitals can currently find. NACON exists to help close that gap — not by rushing students through, but by teaching to the curricula of the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council, the University of Health Sciences Lahore and the Nursing Examination Board Punjab, and by putting students on real hospital wards through our clinical attachment with Gulab Devi Hospital, Lahore.
Today the college offers eight programs — from the 4-year BS Nursing degree to one-year post-basic specializations — taught in a purpose-built campus with a well-furnished library, well-equipped Skill Lab and Science Lab, and multimedia classrooms with internet facility. Whichever program you choose, our promise is the same as our motto: shape your future, and lead with compassion.

Qualifications that count, wherever you go
Recognition matters: it is what makes your degree or diploma valid for licensing, government service and further study. NACON works under the following bodies.
Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC / PNC)
The national regulator of nursing and midwifery education. PNC recognition is what allows our graduates to register and practise as licensed nurses and midwives in Pakistan.
University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore
A public health-sciences university in Lahore. Affiliation with UHS means degree examinations and awards carry the standing of a recognized public university.
Nursing Examination Board (NEB) Punjab, Lahore
The provincial board that conducts examinations for nursing diplomas in Punjab — your diploma results are certified by an official government examining body.
Pakistan Education Endowment Fund (PEEF)
A scholarship fund supporting talented students from low-income families. NACON's affiliation opens a route to financial support for deserving students.
Pharmacy Council of Pakistan (PCP)
The regulator of pharmacy education. Our Pharmacy Technician (Category “B”) program is affiliated with the Council, which is what qualifies graduates for licensing.

Our faculty teach the curriculum thoroughly, our labs let you practice before you ever touch a patient, and our clinical rotations at Gulab Devi Hospital show you what real care looks like, ward by ward.
